Untha RS40 / Cumberland 484 Shredder / Granulator Line

A) New London incline conveyor having a 30" wide x 14' long belt with 1" cleats on a 12" centerline. caster mounted. B) Untha model RS40 four shaft shredder. unit has a 32" x 26" throat opening on a 48" high leg base. hopper entrance measures 39" wide x 32". Rotors have a total of seventy-four (74) ¾" thick cutters. Rotors are driven by dual 15 hp motors. infeed height to shredder is 94". C) Shredder discharges into an Eriez style 824965 drum magnet. Housing measures 15" x 18". S/N 92312. D) Material from the drum magnet is discharged into a New London model 590-24"-66" belt conveyor and has a 24" wide x approximately 18' long belt. Belt has 2" cleats and discharges at a height of 9'. E) Conveyor feeds a Cumberland model 484 granulator having a 14" x 16" throat opening with a three (3) knife open rotor. Rotor is belt driven by a 25 HP motor. F) Includes controls to operate each piece of equipment. Very good condition. Last used to recycle plastic coat hangers.
